Where do you deliver?

We deliver to physical addresses and eligible delivery locations across Canada. All orders are dispatched directly from our specialized international fulfillment centers to provide curated products at direct pricing.

We offer Free Standard Shipping ($0) on all orders to Canada, with no minimum purchase requirement.

What are your processing and delivery timelines?

*Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST or during weekends and Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our international fulfillment center (following the 1–3 business days processing period), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and tracking number to monitor your package online.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).

Where do I send my return?

All returns must be pre-authorized prior to shipping by emailing customer support at info@bennet-reid.com.

Upon approval, you will receive specific return packaging instructions and the authorized warehouse address.

*Important Notice: Do not send packages to our registered corporate office in London (Shelton Street). It is an administrative facility and cannot receive or process physical product returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

• Standard Return (Change of Mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item: Bennett Reid covers or reimburses return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our designated facility, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders are processed promptly, any change or cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to info@bennet-reid.com before our daily cutoff time at 8:00 PM EST.
